Sources: Four Seasons Hotel George V event pages and press fact sheet, checked on 17 September 2026. The press fact sheet gives slightly different totals (1,269 m² and up to 350 at a banquet in the Salon Vendôme); the figures from the event pages are shown here.
The George V is one of the few luxury hotels in Paris able to seat several hundred guests in a single ballroom, and it pairs that capacity with a gastronomic reputation built on its three restaurants. Its location a few steps from the Champs-Élysées and the avenue Montaigne makes it a natural choice for luxury brands and international executive events.
Gala dinners of up to 360 guests and conferences of up to 400 in the Salon Vendôme, receptions that flow between the Foyer Vendôme and the ballroom, and board meetings or private lunches in the salons on the lobby level. The marble courtyard can be privatised for a cocktail reception in the fine season.
The Salon Vendôme and its foyer are on the lower lobby level, while the smaller historic salons and the Grand Foyer sit on the lobby level: plan the guest flow between the two floors. The Salon Chantilly has a lower ceiling, 2.6 metres, which suits meetings better than staged presentations.
In the same district, compare the Hôtel Plaza Athénée on the avenue Montaigne and The Peninsula Paris. All palace and luxury hotels are compared in our guide to Paris hotels with event space, and seated evening capacities in our guide to gala dinner venues.
The Salon Vendôme, 465 m² with a 4.6-metre ceiling, which seats 400 in theatre style and 360 at a banquet, and holds 450 guests at a reception.
