We don't operate a directory. Our editorial team curates a small network of partners we trust, and introduces them directly to qualified event planners with active briefs.

We deliberately cap the number of partners in each category. Less competition between you. Higher-quality matches with planners.
Partners are evaluated by our editorial team on five criteria. We don't publish a checklist — we look for the cumulative signal of professionalism, taste and reliability.
Demonstrated experience with international corporate events, luxury brands, or comparable B2B clientele.
Insurance, registration, English-speaking team, ability to handle invoicing and contracting at international standards.
For venues: load-in logistics, AV-friendly architecture, accurate capacity attestations. For service providers: documented production capability and references.
A space, menu or service that reflects something distinctive — not interchangeable with a dozen others.
Responsive, transparent on pricing and availability, and disciplined under pressure. The reference clients we speak to all describe the same partner.
Applications are reviewed by our editorial team. We respond within ten working days. If your candidacy moves forward, we arrange an introductory call and, where relevant, a site visit.
No. The Selected Partner programme is invitation-based and bespoke — terms reflect category, tenure and the level of editorial visibility offered. Annual partnerships range from €6,000 to €15,000, plus an optional performance component on transacted events.
Optionally, and only when explicitly agreed. Some partners prefer a fixed annual fee, others a smaller fixed fee plus 5–10% on confirmed event revenue. Either model is on the table during the introductory call.
Once activated, a typical Selected Partner receives between 1 and 5 qualified briefs per month, depending on category and seasonality. We never share unqualified leads.
Yes. Some partners prefer not to be discoverable publicly and only receive curated briefs. We support both modes.
Most applicants who don't move forward are simply outside our current category capacity. We keep your file for twelve months and contact you if a slot opens.
