Le Pré Catelan offers a combination unique in Paris: a three-star restaurant and a complete set of reception salons within the Bois de Boulogne, away from city traffic yet a few minutes from the Étoile. Its range of rooms covers everything from a private lunch to a gala for more than a thousand guests.
Private lunches and board dinners in the smaller salons, client dinners and seminars of 50 to 200 people, galas and receptions of several hundred guests in the Salon des Honneurs or the Jardin d’hiver, and large company evenings of up to 1,500 when the salons are combined. Guests need transport to reach the Bois de Boulogne: plan taxis or coaches for the return journey.
For large seated evenings, see also our guide to gala dinner venues; for an intimate gastronomic setting in town, compare Le Taillevent. All the restaurants in our selection are compared in our guide to private dining rooms in Paris.
Up to 1,500 guests when all the salons are privatised; its largest single rooms, the Jardin d’hiver and the Salon des Honneurs, hold up to 450 and 400 guests according to its list of reception rooms.
